**POSTPONED** "Unplugged Day" by Stoneham Alliance Against Violence (SAAV)
Stoneham Alliance Against Violence (SAAV) is organizing an "Unplugged Day" on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 for Stoneham. The idea behind "unplugging" is for families and friends to spend quality time together away from their screens. Several Stoneham Community Leaders, Organizations and Businesses have events planned to help promote "Unplugging". Below is a list of events/activities planned throughout the day. School Department: No Homework
Central Rock Gym: Special Events at 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 & 7:30 for more information and to sign up visit: http://centralrockgym.com/stoneham/kids/stoneham-unplugged/
Stoneham Recreation: The Recreation Department will host a bouncy house and recreational equipment for kids to play with from 3:00 - 5:00 at Stoneham Town Hall or Steele Playground depending on weather.
Stoneham Girls Scounts: Greenway Walk & Cleanup, 3:30 - 4:30 pm. Meet at the Boys & Girls Club Parking Lot @ 3:30 (rain or shine)
Book Oasis: Will offer 20% off all board games and puzzles on Tuesday 3/17.
Stoneham Library: A brief demo/program of the BB8's (received with LSTA Grant Funds) at 3:30 Also, Lego Activity 3:00 - 4:45.
Stoneham Coalition for a Safe & Healthy Community & Boys & Girls Club: Will be collaborating on a themed craft/sensory activity to be held for Club Members during their after school program the afternoon of the 17th.
Bare Fitness: Free Pilates Mat Classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Go to www.barefitnesspilates.com select (Sign Up) in the calendar.
